Glenn L. Means III is a second-year graduate student attending Morehead State University. He expects to graduate from the College of Business and Public Affairs in December 2013 with a Masters degree in Public Administration. In 2011, he received a Bachelors Degree in Psychology with honors from Morehead State University. Mr. Means has served with the Health for America Fellowship program in Washington, D.C., designing and researching better methods for children to manage their asthma, and was actively involved in the Student Government Association while working closely with the Board of Student Body Presidents. He will continue his work with the Human Rights Campaign working with the Membership Outreach team. Mr. Means will serve on the Council as the student member until June 30, 2014.
