Lisa F. Osborne, Carrollton, is an attorney for the Osborne Law Office, PLLC, in Carrollton, Kentucky. She holds a bachelor of science in secondary education from Cumberland College, a master of science in library science from the University of Kentucky, and a juris doctorate from the University of Louisville.  She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and has been a teacher and an insurance agent.  Ms. Osborne will serve on the Council until December 2012.
