Kevin W. Canafax of Covington is employed with Fidelity Investments where he leads a regional management and public affairs team. His team is responsible for community, college, and government relations initiatives; business and workforce development; and employee and constituent communications for the firm’s sites in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Canafax served as vice president of communications with the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and manager of communications with the Northern Kentucky Convention and Visitors Bureau. Mr. Canafax holds a bachelor's degree in broadcast management arts from Southern Ohio College and a master's in business administration from Xavier University. He was appointed as a Council member in 2005 and will serve until December 31, 2010.
