Ryan bio

C.J. Ryan is a third-year law student attending the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he is the Notes Editor for Volume 101 of the Kentucky Law Journal. He expects to graduate from the College of Law in May 2013 with a Juris Doctor degree. In 2010, he received a Master of Education degree from the University of Notre Dame. He is also a 2008 graduate of Dartmouth College with a bachelor's degree in Spanish Literature and English.

Mr. Ryan has served in an AmeriCorps program, teaching and coaching in a rural Louisiana high school for two years, and has worked as a graduate fellow for the Legislative Research Commission’s Education Committee. He was the only law student asked to present his research at the Education Law Association's 2012 Annual Conference. Mr. Ryan will serve on the Council as the student member until June 30, 2013.
