Since 2008, the Kentucky Conference on the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning has merged with the Teacher Quality Summit to offer college faculty and administrators a forum to examine topics related to K-12 partnerships, adult and postsecondary education. The 10th annual conference is jointly sponsored by the Council, Kentucky's public postsecondary institutions, AIKCU, and the Kentucky Association of Colleges for Teacher Education.
Submit a Proposal
Running from Wednesday, May 26, to mid-day Thursday, May 27, the conference's theme will be "Creativity and the Educated Person: A New Era." Preference will be given to those submissions identifying ways in which they will engage participants (e.g. small group discussion, case study, or problem-based learning) and will be rated higher in the review for acceptance. Because this conference combines K-12 and postsecondary education, please give consideration to integrating the presentation for both audiences.
