Budget and Finance Policy Group
The Budget and Finance Policy Group was created in July 2005 to evaluate the Council's finance policies in relation to the goals of House Bill 1. The scope of the group's work includes policies related to the benchmark model for determining base funding for higher education institutions, models and policies related to capital projects, current incentive funding programs and recommendations for new programs.
