Workgroup on Financial Aid for Adult Learners
The rising cost of college makes financial aid an important consideration for adult learners. Because of their part-time status, some adults may not be able to access as many financial aid options as full-time students. This workgroup of the Kentucky Adult Learner Initiative will examine best practices and draft policy recommendations related to financial aid for adult learners to be considered by the General Assembly, the Council on Postsecondary Education, and institutional governing boards.
