Strategic Committee on Postsecondary Education
The Strategic Committee on Postsecondary Education (SCOPE) was created through the 1997 Postsecondary Education Improvement Act to "serve as a public forum for the exchange of ideas." SCOPE is a 28 member group with representatives from the Governor's office (7); the Kentucky House of Representatives (7); the Kentucky Senate (7); and, the Council on Postsecondary Education. SCOPE meets at least quarterly.
