State Universities and KCTCS  Face Budget Challenges in FY17
The Council set tuition and mandatory fee ceilings for Kentucky's public institutions. Even with the additional tuition revenue, campuses will face a $64.8 million shortfall for the 2016-17 year. Read more about tuition >>


*Fixed cost increases include M&O, health insurance, mandated tuition waivers and contractual obligation cost increases. KERS obligations are increases to the mandated employer contribution toward the Kentucky Employee Retirement System.
