  The Annual Academically Proficient African American High School Junior and Senior Conference spotlights and provides information to Kentucky's academically promising or proficient African American juniors and seniors.
  
  
• Governor's Conference on Postsecondary Education Trusteeship
  The annual gathering of the members of the governing boards of Kentucky's colleges and universities, presidents and staff of Kentucky postsecondary institutions, and members of the Council.

  The Governor's Minority Student College Preparation Program Annual Conference offers an opportunity for minority middle and high school Kentucky students to enhance their knowledge of the tools required to enroll in and graduate from college.

  This annual conference sponsored by the Council offers an excellent forum for college faculty and administrators to examine topics related to K-12, adult, and postsecondary education. Participants have the opportunity to discuss the scholarship of teaching and learning and to share innovative instructional techniques and technologies.
