DEVELOPMENTAL EDUCATION TASK FORCE TO CONVENE

The Council on Postsecondary Education will convene the Postsecondary Developmental Student Success Task Force on Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2006 at 10 a.m. EDT at the Council offices. The two-hour meeting will be the first of several designed to discuss the issues of underprepared students and how to improve their success in college. The task force is charged with constructing a set of recommendations in a report to be issued in time for implementation in 2007.  Meeting materials can be accessed at http://www.cpe.ky.gov/committees/develop_ed/
