• Kentucky Science & Technology Corporation (KSTC) Annual Reports
  The KSTC is an independent nonprofit organization whose mission is “to enhance the capacity of people, companies, and organizations to develop and apply science and technology and compete responsibly in the global marketplace.” Since 2001, KSTC has entered into annual contracts with the Commonwealth of Kentucky through the Council on Postsecondary Education to create, manage, and develop various programs outlined in the Kentucky Innovation Act of 2000.
