Locate a copy of your college transcript

CPE does not have student transcripts or records for any school/institution or adult education program. If you earned a credential in Kentucky, the following information is available to help you find how and where to make your request.

College Transcripts (Open Institutions)

To obtain your official college transcript, contact the registrar’s office at your campus. Some Kentucky institutions (though not all) also offer electronic requests. You can see if your institution accepts electronic requests at https://mystudentcenter.org/.

College Transcripts (Closed Institutions)

Transcripts for closed institutions are not available at CPE; instead, you need to consult our Closed Institution directory to locate your institution and the proper person/service to contact. Please note that once a licensed institution closes, CPE loses its authority to ensure good recordkeeping practices and cannot guarantee that your records will be available.

GED® Transcripts 

You can request a copy of your GED® transcript at https://www.ged.com/life-after-ged.html. 

If you have a question about your transcript or other GED-related issues, contact Kentucky Adult Education by phone at 502-573-5114 during business hours (M-F, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. ET).

Kentucky High School Transcripts

You can request a high school transcript from 2009 forward using Parchment's website​​. For locating older transcripts or other questions, consult the Kentucky Department of Education's webpage at https://www.education.ky.gov/districts/tech/eTrans/Pages/default.aspx.
